The Micron YB400 model is manufactured with renewed technology and ergonomic design.

The new YB400 electrostatic powder coating machine features digitally controlled voltage adjustment. Equipped with four program memory slots, the machine delivers superior performance.

1. Program: Painting of unpainted products at 100kV.

Program 2: Second coat of paint on painted material, 20kV.

Program 3: Corner and bottom area painting, 50kV.

The fourth program is left blank, allowing the operator to define their own custom settings.

The voltage can be adjusted via the rear cover of the gun. With the new design, you can adjust the voltage either through the device itself or via the rear cover of the gun.

• The paint transfer system is designed to allow for easy adjustment of auxiliary air and pulverization air settings.
