Our fully digital Micron B500 unit provides economical painting performance with its improved control panel, guaranteeing maximum painting quality with fast and accurate voltage adjustment options. It is possible to save customized painting settings for different product groups on the digital panels and use them repeatedly.

The Micron B500 electrostatic powder coating machine features digitally controlled voltage and airflow settings. Equipped with four program memory slots, the device offers enhanced performance. Program 1 is for applying a new coat of unpainted material (100kV), Program 2 is for applying a second coat of painted material (20kV), Program 3 is for painting corners and edges (50kV), and Program 4 is left blank, allowing the operator to define their own settings.
