The Micron B400 electrostatic powder coating machine features digitally controlled voltage adjustment. Offering four program memory slots, the device provides enhanced performance. Program 1 is for applying a new coat of paint to unpainted materials (100kV), Program 2 is for applying a second coat to painted materials (20kV), Program 3 is for painting corners and edges (50kV), and Program 4 is left blank, allowing the operator to define their own custom settings.
